B2B buyers are on social — just not where you think
Long before a buyer reaches out, they are scrolling LinkedIn, watching short videos and checking who your team actually is. Social media is where trust starts to form, and where most B2B companies quietly go missing.
We do not treat social as a broadcast channel. We build a content system around your buyers, your sales team and your existing brand — one that produces posts on schedule and gives your audience a reason to keep following.
- Channel strategy first — we pick the platforms your buyers actually use, not the ones that look trendy.
- Content built to convert — every post has a job: build awareness, drive a conversation, or support a sales cycle.
- Managed end to end — from calendar to design to publishing to reporting, handled by one team.
Six workstreams, one managed channel
Every account is scoped to your audience and platforms, but these are the core building blocks we bring.
Channel & Audience Strategy
Research on where your buyers spend attention, what they engage with, and which platforms are worth the investment — and which are not.
Content Calendar & Planning
A rolling monthly calendar mapped to product moments, industry events and sales priorities, so content never gets thrown together last minute.
Creative & Copy Production
Short-form videos, carousels, quote cards and copy — produced in a visual style that stays consistent across platforms.
Community Management
Responding to comments, DMs and mentions in your brand voice, with a clear escalation path when a conversation needs sales or support.
Employee & Executive Advocacy
Turn your team’s profiles into a distribution network — ghostwritten posts, shared calendars and simple playbooks anyone can follow.
Analytics & Reporting
Follower growth, engagement, clicks and conversions tracked in one monthly view — with a clear read on what worked and what changes next.
Where your buyers actually are
We focus on the platforms that matter for B2B — and tell you honestly when a channel is not worth your budget.
Company pages, executive profiles and thought leadership for the channel most B2B buyers actually use.
YouTube
Short and long-form video that explains what you do, in a format that keeps people watching.
X (Twitter)
Real-time commentary, product updates and community engagement for teams that want a public voice.
Visual storytelling for employer branding, culture and product, when your audience spends time there.
From strategy to shipped posts
A clear monthly cycle. You always know what is being published, why, and how it performed.
Audit & Alignment
We review your current channels, audience, competitors and sales process to agree on what social should actually do for your business.
Strategy & Calendar
You get a channel plan, content pillars and a rolling monthly calendar — approved before anything is produced.
Production & Publishing
Copy, design and video are produced, reviewed and scheduled. Community management runs in parallel every week.
Review & Optimize
Monthly reporting on reach, engagement and conversions, with clear changes to the next calendar based on what the data shows.
What managed social delivers
Results depend on platform, audience size and content consistency. Every engagement starts with a realistic baseline — and we report against it every month.
Questions we hear before every project
Do you create the content, or do we?
Both options work. Most clients have us handle strategy, copy and design end to end, while their team provides subject-matter input or product photos. We can also work as a strategy-only partner if you have an in-house content team.
How many posts do you publish each month?
It depends on your platforms and goals. A typical B2B engagement covers 12–20 posts per month across two channels, plus community management. We agree on the cadence before production starts, so there are no surprises.
Which platforms do you recommend for B2B?
LinkedIn is almost always the anchor. YouTube works well for product explanation and thought leadership. X and Instagram make sense for specific industries or employer branding. We will tell you honestly if a channel is not worth your budget.
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. We start from your existing brand assets, tone of voice and visual identity, then extend them into a consistent social style. If you do not have formal guidelines yet, we can help define a lightweight version.
How do you measure success on social?
Reach and engagement are inputs, not outcomes. We track follower growth, engagement rate, profile clicks, website traffic and form conversions — and report them in one monthly view tied back to your sales process.
